Last updated: September 28, 2026. This page is a product closeout notice and general education only. It is not legal advice. Hemp and cannabinoid rules change, and state law can be stricter than federal law. The November 12, 2026 change discussed here is about commercial sale of products that no longer meet the federal hemp definition — not about possession becoming illegal.
October 1 price drop — no code needed. Visible sale prices are about 25% below regular price through October 31, 2026. Article code CLOSEOUT25 is retired and will not work at checkout.
- Eligible now, no code: Social Tincture, Cinnamon full-spectrum, and 20ct Delta-9 gummies are at the sale prices in the next line.
- Also at this 25% level, no code: Social Tincture $37.49 (regular $49.99); Cinnamon full-spectrum $37.49 (regular $49.99); Delta-9 + CBD gummies 20ct $14.99 (regular $19.99), 50ct $37.50 (regular $50.00), 100ct $75.00 (regular $100.00). The 15ct pack is out of stock.
- Not discounted: THC-free isolate, 0% THC vape juices, Night Time CBD+CBN, and Paws & Claws.
- Terms: no public code; these prices do not combine with coupons; this is a closeout of affected inventory, not a storewide going-out-of-business sale. While eligible stock remains.
Sanar CBD is closing out affected hemp inventory before the scheduled November 12, 2026 federal hemp redefinition. We are not announcing that the entire store is going out of business. This is a sell-through of products that are reasonably likely to fall outside the new federal hemp definition if Section 781 of Public Law 119-37 takes effect as written.
Companion closeouts: Delta-8 / Social Tincture, full-spectrum Cinnamon tincture, and the Delta-9 gummy final-order guide.
October 4, 2026 update. There are 39 days until November 12, 2026, and 68 days until the December 11 partial delay. The public article code is retired. Sale prices are on the product pages through October 31, 2026. No code is needed. We are not publishing an unverified remaining-unit count.
September 19, 2026 update. CLOSEOUT25 was the 25% article code until September 30, 2026. It is retired as of October 1 and will not work at checkout. H.R. 6500, the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2027, was signed into law on September 2, 2026. Enrolled Sec. 2019 is a partial delay, not a repeal and not a grandfather clause: until December 11, 2026, the Section 781 amendments apply only to products described in 7 U.S.C. 1639o(1)(C)(ii)(I) and (1)(C)(iv)(I) — hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing cannabinoids not capable of being produced naturally in the plant. Those products still face the November 12 commercial-sale deadline. The remainder of the new hemp definition, including the 0.4 mg total THC per-container rule, is delayed to December 11, 2026. Delay bills H.R. 7024 and H.R. 6209 remain introduced. Sanar is still closing out affected inventory while it remains eligible to sell. This page will be updated after September 30 if eligible stock remains. Direct ~25% sale prices on these SKUs are scheduled to start October 1. We are not publishing an unverified remaining-unit count. These affected SKUs are one-time inventory: if a product falls outside the federal hemp definition we cannot restock it or order a replacement batch, so this closeout ends when the stock does, not when new supply arrives.
What changes on November 12, 2026
Section 781 of Public Law 119-37 amends the Agricultural Marketing Act hemp definition effective 365 days after enactment. Congress enacted that law on November 12, 2025. H.R. 6500 was signed on September 2, 2026. Until December 11, 2026, enrolled Sec. 2019 says the Section 781 amendments apply only to products in 7 U.S.C. 1639o(1)(C)(ii)(I) and (1)(C)(iv)(I). For those products the commercial-sale deadline remains November 12, 2026. The rest of the new definition, including the 0.4 mg per-container rule, is delayed to December 11, 2026. Delay bills H.R. 7024 and H.R. 6209 remain introduced. This page is not legal advice.
The amended definition keeps the 0.3% dry-weight THC limit and also excludes finished hemp-derived cannabinoid products with more than 0.4 milligrams combined total per container of total tetrahydrocannabinols (including THCA) plus other cannabinoids that HHS later determines have similar effects, or that are marketed that way. Intermediate products with synthesized or non-naturally-produced cannabinoids are also excluded from “hemp.”
That is why full-spectrum tinctures, Delta-8 products, and Delta-9 gummies are in the affected lane, while clearly THC-free isolate and 0% THC vape juice are not being discounted under this closeout.
There is no grandfather clause or sell-through window in the statute for inventory that becomes non-compliant. This restriction is about whether a product can still be sold as hemp after the deadline. It does not mean that owning a previously purchased product becomes illegal on November 12.
Which Sanar products this closeout covers
| Product | Why it is affected | Regular price | October sale price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Social Tincture — 2500mg Delta-8 + full-spectrum CBD | Delta-8 plus full-spectrum cannabinoids | $49.99 | $37.49 |
| Cinnamon full-spectrum CBD oil — 2500mg | Full-spectrum formula may contain trace THC | $49.99 | $37.49 |
| Delta-9 + CBD gummies — 20ct | Finished Delta-9 product | $19.99 | $14.99 |
| Same gummies — 50ct | Finished Delta-9 product | $50.00 | Already $37.50 sale; code will not stack |
| Same gummies — 100ct | Finished Delta-9 product | $100.00 | Already $75.00 sale; code will not stack |
Paws & Claws is not in this coupon. That product is sold as a single listing that has been offered in both full-spectrum and broad-spectrum forms, and we will not discount it until a variation-level target can be proven. We also are not inventing remaining-unit counts. Order while the listed items remain in stock.
How the October sale price works
- Add an eligible product above to your cart.
- Do not enter a code. The sale price is already on the product page.
- Confirm the cart before you pay. Social and Cinnamon should show $37.49. 20ct gummies should show $14.99. Do not enter a code.
If a gummy pack is already on sale, the code will be rejected for that item on purpose. We will not stack a coupon on top of a sale price.
Lower-uncertainty options that are not on this closeout
If you want a product that is not in the affected-inventory lane, these remain at regular price:
- THC-Free CBD Isolate Tincture
- Cool Mint, Blueberry Cotton Candy, and Mango 0% THC CBD vape juices
- Night Time CBD + CBN tincture

FAQ
Is Sanar CBD going out of business?
No. This article is only about closing out affected hemp inventory before the November 12, 2026 federal deadline. It is not a storewide going-out-of-business sale.
Are vape juice and isolate on this sale?
No. Those products are not in the affected-inventory set, and they are not discounted.
Will I be able to keep products I already bought after November 12?
This page does not give legal advice. The statutory change redefines what can be sold as hemp. It does not, by itself, say that possession of a previously purchased product becomes illegal on November 12. Check current law where you live.
Could Congress delay the deadline?
H.R. 6500 was signed into law on September 2, 2026. Enrolled Sec. 2019 delays most of Section 781 until December 11, 2026, but hemp-derived products with cannabinoids not capable of being produced naturally still face the November 12, 2026 commercial-sale deadline. H.R. 7024 and H.R. 6209 remain introduced. Sanar will update this page if a later signed law changes those dates.
Why were some gummy packs already on sale?
The 50ct and 100ct packs were already $37.50 and $75.00. Those prices stay through October 31. The retired code CLOSEOUT25 cannot stack on them, and there is no new public code.
